    烤烟叶片栅栏组织与叶片厚度比值的变化

    Changes in Ratio of Palisade Tissue Thickness to Leaf Thickness in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 田间条件下对烤烟下、中、上3个部位叶片生长发育过程中栅栏组织厚度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织与叶片厚度比值3个叶片组织结构特性的变化进行了研究。结果表明,烤烟在田间生长发育过程中,随着烟叶部位的上升,叶片栅栏组织厚度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织与叶片厚度比值均表现为随之降低的变化规律。随着烟株移栽后天数的增加,新鲜烟叶中、上部叶片栅栏组织厚度的变化呈现逐渐上升的变化规律;上部烟叶厚度也呈现逐渐上升的变化规律;而各部位烟叶栅栏组织与叶片厚度比值的变化无明显的规律性。3个烟叶部位之间叶片栅栏组织厚度的差异显著,而叶片厚度和栅栏组织与叶片厚度比值的差异均不显著;在田间不同生长时期3个性状的差异也均不显著。烟株移栽后天数与栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织与叶片厚度比值之间呈极显著正相关,而与叶片厚度之间呈不显著正相关;烟叶栅栏组织与叶片厚度比值和栅栏组织厚度之间呈极显著正相关(r=0.57**);烟叶厚度与栅栏组织厚度之间也呈极显著正相关关系(r=0.908**)。

       

      Abstract: The changes in palisade tissue thickness, leaf thickness, and their ratio in flue-cured tobacco green leaves during field were studied. Leaf samples were taken from different leaf positions and ages in Heilonjiang Province. The results indicated that palisade tissue thickness, leaf thickness, thickness ratio of palisade and leaf decreased with the increasing leaf positions. With the increasing days after transplanting, there was no distinct change pattern about thickness ratio of palisade and leaf. The difference in palisade tissue thickness in different leaf positions was significant. The days after transplanting were positive correlated with palisade tissue thickness and thickness rate of palisade and leaf. The significant positive correlation was observed between palisade tissue thickness and thickness ratio of palisade and leaf, and between palisade tissue thickness and leaf thickness.
