    “金攀西”优质烟开发区烤烟中性致香物质分析

    Analysis on neutral aroma components in flue- cured tobacco from high quality tobacco development zone Jinpanxi

    • 摘要: 本文对“ 金攀西”优质烟开发区攀枝花和凉山州烤烟中性致香物质进行了分析。结果表明: 攀枝花地区烤烟中性致香物质的含量高于凉山州地区; 两地烤烟种植品种云烟85 的中性香气物质含量高于红大; 两地烟叶部位间上部叶( B2F) 中性致香物质含量最高, 中部叶( C3F) 次之, 下部叶( X2F) 最低。

       

      Abstract: The neutral aroma components in flue- cured tobacco of high quality tobacco development zone “Jinpanxi”including Panzhihua city and Liangshan state were studied. The results showed that the content of the neutral aroma components in Panzhihua was higher than that in Liangshan State. The content of the neutral aroma components in Yunyan85 variety in the two places was higher than that in Honghuadajinyuan variety. The content of the neutral aroma components in the upper leaves (B2F) was the highest, followed by cutters(C3F)and the lugs(X2F).
