遵义烟草可持续发展的创新平台和技术体系

Building technological system to promote tobacco sustainable development in Zunyi

摘要: 为加强烟叶的基础地位, 建立质量优良、规模稳定的优质烟叶生产基地, 满足中式卷烟的发展需要, 遵义市烟草分公司在落实优质烟叶科技示范基地建设项目的过程中, 形成了以遵义烟草分公司为主体, 以科研单位为技术依托, 与上海、长沙、武汉、贵阳等卷烟厂通力合作。在构建可持续发展的技术创新体系, 完善技术推广服务体系, 建立烟叶质量区域定位和烟叶质量全程监控体系, 优化烟叶收购、加工、营销体系和生产组织保障体系5 个方面进行了积极的探索, 有力促进遵义烟草的可持续发展。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of developing Chinese Style Cigarette, Zunyi Tobacco Company has played key role in building demonstration base of high quality leaf tobacco, with technological support from research institutes and cooperation with production enterprises including cigarette factories from Shanghai,Changsha, Wuhan, Guiyang. For sustainable development of tobacco in Zunyi, it has made significant strides in construction of technology innovation system, perfection of technology extension system, establishing of tobacco quality control system, optimizing of tobacco purchase, processing, management system and production guarantee system.
