    云南烟叶香吃味与海拔和经纬度的关系

    Relationship between aroma and taste of tobacco leaves and geographical positions in Yunnan

    • 摘要: 对云南烟区不同部位的烟叶香吃味与海拔和经纬度的分析表明, 海拔高度是影响下部烟叶灰色, 中部烟叶香气量和刺激性的主要因素; 纬度是影响中部烟叶香韵、口感和综合得分的主要因素; 经度对下部烟叶的香气量、浓度、灰色和综合得分以及中部烟叶的香气质、浓度、刺激性和杂气有较大影响。典型相关分析表明, 影响下部烟叶和中部烟叶香吃味的主要因素分别为经度和海拔, 受海拔及经纬度影响较大的香吃味指标主要为综合得分和香气量。

       

      Abstract: The relationships between aroma and taste at different position of tobacco leaves and altitude,latitude, longitude in Yunnan was analyzed. The results showed that altitude is the main factor effecting ash color of lower leaf, volume of aroma and irritancy of cutters, and latitude is the main factor impacting the flavor notes, mouth feeling and integrated score of cutters, longitude has great influence on volume of aroma, taste concentration, ash color and integrated score of lower leaf, and it also has the influence on the quality of aroma,taste concentration, irritancy and offensive taste of cutters. The canonical correlation analyses showed that longitude and altitude are the main factors influencing the aroma and taste of lower leaf and cutters. The integrated score and volume of aroma is mainly impacted by altitude and longitude.
