    打顶及施用生理调节剂对烤烟主要化学成分的影响

    Effects of Decapitation and Physiological Regulator on Chemical Components of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 为探讨烤烟品质的生理调控措施,采用盆栽试验方法,研究了打顶和施用生理调节剂对烟叶主要化学成分的影响。结果表明,打顶显著降低(P<0.05)烟叶钾含量,其下降幅度为13.2%~39.6%,显著(P<0.05)提高烟叶烟碱含量,且中、上部烟叶烟碱含量成倍增加;打顶后施用生理调节剂则显著(P<0.05)提高烟叶钾含量,其增加幅度为14.5%~23.6%,显著(P<0.05)降低烟叶烟碱含量,其下降幅度为12.5%~34.7%;但打顶及施用生理调节剂对烟叶全氮、还原糖和蛋白质影响不显著(P>0.05)。可见,打顶后施用生理调节剂能改善烤烟品质。

       

      Abstract: The effects of decapitation and physiological regulator on chemical components of flue-curd tobacco were studied using pot experiment in order to investigate the physiological regulation measures of tobacco quality. The results showed that potassium content in tobacco leaves was significantly (P<0.05) decreased by 13.2%~39.6% and nicotine content was significantly (P<0.05) increased by times after decapitation. But potassium content in tobacco leaves was significantly (P<0.05) increased by 14.5%~23.6% and nicotine content was significantly (P<0.05) decreased by 12.5%~34.7% when physiological regulator was applied to tobacco after decapitation. In addition, the effects of decapitation and physiological regulator on total nitrogen, reducing sugar and protein were not obvious. In conclusion, physiological regulator applied to tobacco after decapitation can improve the qualities of flue-cured tobacco.
