    Effects of Main Secondary Metabolic Pathways on Flavor of Tobacco and Its Research Progress

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了影响烟草香味的3条次生代谢途径并阐述了代谢频道和基因工程对次生代谢的调控及目前用基因工程来提高烟草次生物质的含量的研究进展,并对利用代谢工程对烟草香气品质改良的可能途径和应用前景进行展望。

       

      Abstract: Effects of three secondary metabolic pathways on flavor of tobacco and regulation of metabolic channel and gene engineering on secondary metabolism are reviewed in this paper. Also, advances in improving the content of secondary metabolites by gene engineering and its prospective application in variety improvement in tobacco with aroma quality of tobcco leaf were dicussed.
