    不同等级烤烟多酚含量及其规律性分析

    Contents of Polyphenol in Different Grades of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 采用高效液相色谱方法测定了山东烤烟不同等级烟叶中3 种主要多酚物质(绿原酸、莨菪亭和芸香苷)的含量,并采用SAS 软件统计了这3 种多酚物质在不同等级烟叶中分布的规律。结果表明,颜色是影响烟叶多酚含量的主要因素,叶片颜色越深,绿原酸、芸香苷的含量越低,而莨菪亭的含量越高,而对于不同颜色的叶片,中、下部多酚含量差别不大,此外叶片结构、身份等也与多酚的含量有一定的关系。

       

      Abstract: Three main polyphenols-chlorogenic acid, scopletin and rutin were determined in flue-cured tobacco of Shandong with a high performance liquid chromatographic method. The distribution pattern of polyphenol content in flue-cured tobacco of various grades was investigated by using SAS analysis. The result showed that leaf color was the most important factor to the contents of polyphenols, and the stalk position, leaf structure, body had relations with polyphenols.
