    有机肥对烤烟根系发育及品质的影响

    Effect of Organic Manure Application on Flue-cured Tobacco Root Development and Leaf Quality

    • 摘要: 在同一施无机肥水平条件下,研究了增施腐熟有机肥对烤烟根系发育及品质的影响。结果表明,有机肥可促进烤烟一级、二级侧根的发生发育;各处理一级、二级侧根的体积、干重随烤烟生育期的延伸而增加,但施有机肥的处理增加幅度明显大于对照。同一时期,一级与二级侧根施有机肥处理的长度、数量、体积及干重明显大于对照,根系活力也明显大于对照。施有机肥处理B2F 烟叶的总糖、还原糖含量低于对照,总氮、烟碱、蛋白质含量高于对照;C2F 烟叶的总糖、还原糖含量、评吸总分均高于对照;X2F 烟叶的烟碱、钾含量均高于对照。

       

      Abstract: With the same inorganic fertilizer rates, effects of applying fully-fermented organic manure on flue-cured tobacco root development and leaf quality were studied. The results indicated that organic manure could enhance the development of the flue-cured tobacco's first and second order lateral roots. The volume and dry mass of the first and second order lateral root increased with the increase of growth period and the increasing range in organic manure treatments was bigger than that of control. Compared with the control, applying organic manure could improve the length, amount, volume and dry mass of the first and second order lateral root and root vigor. It could also reduce the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar, yet increase the contents of total nitrogen, nicotine and protein in B2F. It could increase the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in C2F and nicotine and potassium in X2F. The scores of aroma volume, after taste, offensive odor, lingering odor scores and the total score of sensory quality of C2F were higher than that of control.
