    抗TMV 烤烟种质资源材料筛选与利用研究初报

    Selection and Utilization of Germplasm Material for Anti-TMV Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 在对27 份烤烟种质及18 份烤烟组合的F1 代进行TMV 抗性鉴定中,筛选出免疫种质8021、8022,和抗病种质82501、辽烟10 号、辽烟13 号等12 份;杂交组合中发现免疫7 份,抗病19 份,中亲优势明显,其抗性多偏向于抗病性强的亲本。但不同材料对TMV 的抗性表现不同,感病材料发病早,病情指数上升速度快;抗病材料发病迟,病情指数上升速度慢。

       

      Abstract: Totally 27 flue-cured tobacco varieties and 18 hybrid combinations in F1 generation were tested for tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) resistance, which screened out 2 immune varieties(8021, 8022), 12 resistant varieties ( 82501, Liaoyang10, Liaoyang13 etc.), 7 immune hybrids, 19 resistant hybrids, and showed a distinct mid-parent heterosis. The heredity of TMV resistance was trend to the parent with higher resistance, and the phenotypes of TMV resistance were varied: TMV sensitive varieties were attacked earlier, while TMV resistant varieties were late.
