    新收烤烟种子干燥处理方法初探

    Drying Methods for the Newly Harvested Tobacco Seeds

    • 摘要: 为提高新采收种子的活力,研究了蒴果和种子不同成熟度、不同种子袋以及干燥剂对种子活力的影响。结果表明,种子初始含水量随成熟度的提高而降低,种子的含水量随着干燥剂与种子比例的增加和成熟度的提高而降低,用棉布袋装的种子含水量低于尼龙袋(60 目)装的种子,脱粒的种子含水量比带壳蒴果低。干燥处理的种子活力均高于对照。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve vitality of the newly harvested tobacco seeds, we investigated the effects of maturities of capsule and seed, seed bags, and desiccants on seed vitality. The results showed that the initial seed moisture content decreased with seed maturity, seed moisture content decreased with the desiccant rate, the seed moisture content was lower in cotton bag than that in nylon mesh bags, and the seed moisture content of capsule shell of the seed was higher than non-shelled seeds. The seeds vitality of desiccant treatment was higher than that in non-treatment.
