    Genetic Analysis on Resistance to Bacterial Wilt in Oriental Tobacco

    • 摘要: 本研究以香料烟青枯病抗病品种Xanthi、感病品种Samsun、F1 以及F2 群体为研究材料,采用青枯病圃进行抗性鉴定,利用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对各群体单株的病情指数进行分析,结果表明:香料烟青枯病抗性基因是受2 对加性-显性-上位主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-1 模型)控制遗传;主基因的遗传率为49.63%。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, bacterial wilt resistant variety Xanthi and susceptible variety Samsun, their F1s and F2s were used to study inheritance of resistance of oriental tobacco to bacterial wilt. These populations and their individuals were planted in identifying field of Fujian Province. The identified data of individuals was analyzed using major gene plus poly-gene mixed inheritance model. Results indicated that the resistance to bacterial wilt in oriental tobacco was controlled by two independent major genes with additive-dominance-epistatic effects plus polygenes with additive-dominance effects (the E-1 model). Heritability value of the major genes reached 49.63%.
