    不同品种烤烟对土壤微量元素的响应

    Response Ability of Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties to Soil Micro-nutrients

    • 摘要: 为了探明不同品种烤烟对土壤微量元素的响应能力,选用K326、云烟87 和红花大金元(红大) 3 个品种,测定了烤烟根际土壤、根系及不同部位烟叶微量元素含量。结果表明:不同品种烤烟对土壤微量元素的响应能力表现为K326>云烟87>红大,不同微量元素在烤烟根系中的含量为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu。烟叶Cu 含量表现为上部叶>中部叶>下部叶;Mn含量表现为下部叶>中部叶>上部叶;K326 和红大烟叶Fe、Zn 表现为下部叶>中部叶>上部叶,而云烟87 则表现为中部叶>下部叶>上部叶。因此,对烤烟补充微肥时,应根据烤烟品种的特性合理进行,从而提升烟叶产量和品质。

       

      Abstract: Three flue-cured tobacco varieties, including K326, Yunyan87 and Honghuadajinyuan(HD) were used to investigate the response ability of these varieties to soil trace elements by testing contents of four trace elements in rhizosphere soil, tobacco roots and leaves. Results indicated that the response ability of flue-cured tobacco varieties to soil trace elements was in the sequence of K326>Yunyan87>HD, the content of different trace elements in tobacco roots was iron>manganese>zinc>copper. The copper content in tobacco leaves followed the sequence of upper leaves>middle leaves>lower leaves, manganese followed lower leaves> middle leaves>upper leaves, while iron and zinc followed lower leaves>middle leaves>upper leaves in K326 and Yunyan87, yet middle leaves>lower leaves>upper leaves in Yunyan87. Hence, the application of trace elements fertilizer should base on the characteristics of tobacco varieties to improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.
