    钾素营养调节剂对烤烟抗旱性的影响

    Effect of Potassium Nutrient Regulator on Drought Tolerance of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 采用大田试验,在干旱条件下开展了施用钾素营养调节剂对烤烟叶片钾、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和根系的影响研究。结果表明,在自然干旱条件下施用钾素营养调节剂,烤烟叶片钾素含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和根系鲜质量及根系体积均显著高于对照处理。因此,在干旱条件下,钾素营养调节剂通过提高烟叶钾、脯氨酸和可溶性糖等指标的含量,增强了烟株的抗旱性。

       

      Abstract: Field experiment in drought condition was performed to determine the effects of potassium nutrient regulator on the potassium content, proline, total soluble sugar content in flue-cured tobacco leaves, and the root growth of flue-cured tobacco. Results showed that the potassium content, proline, total soluble sugar content, the fresh mass and volume of roots in treated tobacco were significantly higher than the control plants. It suggested that the regulator could enhance the drought tolerance of flue-cured tobacco plants by increasing the contents of potassium, proline and total soluble sugar.
