    龙岩烟区植保应急服务体系的构建与实践

    Construction and Application of First Aid System for Plant Protection in Longyan Tobacco Area

    • 摘要: 以强大的基层烟草站和烟草病虫害测报站网络为基础,并以现代烟草农业为理念,借助机械化、信息化等手段构建了烟草“植保应急”服务体系。经过近3 年来的应用实践表明,烟草“植保应急”服务体系能有效通过远程在线、QQ 群、电话、手机照片、技术交流平台等方式进行烟草病虫害灾情的诊断与处理。具有早发现、早防治的特点,能实现对病虫害灾情的实时监控,可达到减少化学农药的使用而减轻其带来的“3R”问题,并对提高烟叶安全性具有重要的实践意义。同时,该体系还具有“公共植保”的理念,能快速、简便地减少由于病虫危害等引起的烟叶损失。建议把该体系推广到烟区基层烟叶生产中。

       

      Abstract: The aid system for plant protection, a professional service, was developed and applied in Longyan tobacco region, which was based on the network of tobacco stations and forecast stations for diseases and pests in tobacco. The implements of the mechanization and informationization were employed in the system. The three years of application demonstrated that the system was significant in control of tobacco diseases and pests. By use of online service, QQ group, telephone, and mobile phone photo, and BBS, tobacco diseases and pests could be diagnosis and controlled promptly. The “3R” problem of chemical pesticides could be effectively alleviated and the idea of public plant protection also could be realized by the application of the service system. Therefore, it is suggested to apply this service system to other tobacco production regions.
