    烤烟气流平移式密集烤房研究初报

    Research on Air Translational Bulk Curing Barn of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 气流平移式密集烤房是在现有密集烤房结构的基础上,对装烟室、供热室、循环送风道进行重新布局改进后形成的烤房。同现有密集烤房相比,风机运行环境得到了优化,烤房内空间得到了充分利用,装烟量增加,热能利用率得到了提高,烘烤成本有所降低。试验结果表明,气流平移式密集烤房空载条件下烤房内同层及两侧风速均匀稳定,烤房升温速度比较快,平均为7.04 ℃/h。同密集烤房相比,烟叶外观质量与等级质量没有明显差异,但装烟量增加685.5 kg;干烟叶耗煤1.26 kg/kg,较对照减少0.25 kg,总耗能减少0.49 元/kg,节能效果比较明显。

       

      Abstract: Air translational bulk curing barn was invented by re-arrangement of loading room, heating room and cycling supply air duct of bulk curing barn. Results showed that under the unload condition, the wind speed of same layer and both sides were uniform and stable; the temperature increased more rapidly, while heating rate was 7.04 ℃/h. The comparative test of tobacco curing showed no significant difference occurred between the two types of barns with regard to sensory quality and grading quality of tobacco leaves. However, loading capacity of the new barn increased by 685.5 kg; coal consumption was reduced by 0.25 kg/kg dry leaves. Total energy consumption was reduced by 0.49 yuan/kg dry leaves. Effect of energy saving was evident.
