    Effect of Cyhalothrin on Enzyme Activity in Tobacco Planting Soil

    • 摘要: 采用室内模拟方法,研究了不同浓度功夫菊酯对植烟土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,功夫菊酯对脲酶的活性产生显著影响,呈现出“激活→抑制→恢复→再激活”现象;功夫菊酯对过氧化氢酶活性影响不太明显,与对照组相比,在培养初期(1~5 d),只有低浓度(1.0 mg/kg)功夫菊酯对过氧化氢酶活性产生较显著的影响,影响大体趋势表现为“激活→抑制”现象。

       

      Abstract: Effects of cyhalothrin with different concentration on urease and catalase activities in tobacco planting soil were analyzed by lab simulation. The results showed that urease activity was significantly influenced by cyhalothrin, and could be described as a process of activation→inhibition→reinstation→re-activation. But the effect of cyhalothrin on catalase activity was not obvious. Compared with the control group in early training (1~5 d), only 1.0 mg/kg of cyhalothrin had obviously influence on catalase, but the general trend performed as the process of activation→inhibition.
