    拮抗细菌AR03 在烟草根部及根际土壤中的定殖与鉴定

    Identification and Colonization of an Anti-bacteria AR03 in Root and Rhizosphere Soils

    • 摘要: 以抗利福平为标记,采用浇灌根基部接种的方法测定AR03 菌株在烟草植株根际的定殖。结果表明,在灭菌土条件下,AR03 经人工引入可以有效的定殖于烟草根际土壤和根部,并在一定时间内可维持相当的数量,在根际土壤和根部的定殖动态趋势是先升后降;它们在根部的定殖力均比根际土壤中强。依据传统形态学、生理生化特征及16s rDNA 基因序列,菌株AR03 为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)。

       

      Abstract: Tagged by the resistance to Rif.(300 μg/mL) and inoculated by watering root, under the sterilized soil condition, the rhizosphere bacteria AR03 strain was proved that it could colonized in root and rhizosphere soils of tobacco by artificial induction. AR03 strain could maintain considerable quantity for a while. The colonized dynamics of AR03 strain increased first, then decreased. Besides these, the colonization was greater on root than in rhizosphere. On the basis of observation of colony and cell morphology, biochemical test and the 16s rDNA sequence analysis, Strain AR03 was Bacillus pumilus.
