    植物生长调节剂GGR 对香料烟根系发育及活力的影响

    Effects of GGR on Development and Activity in Oriental Tobacco Root System

    • 摘要: 通过大田试验,研究了植物生长调节剂(GGR10)不同施用方法对香料烟根系发育、根系活力及烟碱含量的影响。结果表明,使用GGR10 能增加根系干物质重和根系体积,提高根系活力和根中烟碱含量。2 种使用方法对根系发育、活力及烟碱含量的促进效果不同,以10 mg/L 的GGR10 溶液在移栽时沾根并结合移栽后30 d 叶面喷施的效果最好。

       

      Abstract: Effects of different application methods of GGR10 on the development, activity and nicotine content in oriental tobacco roots were researched by field experiment. Results showed that applying GGR10 increased the dry matter weight and volume of roots, improved the activity and nicotine content in roots of oriental tobacco. The effect was the best by tobacco seedlings roots immersed in solution of 10 mg GGR10 per litre at transplanting and spraying solution of 10 mg GGR10 per litre on the tobacco leaves after transplanting thirty days than other treatments.
