    卷烟过滤嘴降解菌的筛选及其降解效果的电镜观察

    Selection of Filter Decomposing Strains and Electron Microscope Scanning of Their Effects

    • 摘要: 从土壤和不同材料的堆肥中分离筛选高效稳定的纤维素分解菌,对一种改良卷烟过滤嘴材料进行降解,利用电子扫描显微镜来探讨该卷烟过滤嘴纤维素的降解过程与机理,初步了解该材料在环境中的降解行为,以便今后改进生产工艺,生产出更易于自然降解的过滤嘴材料。实验表明,这种改良材料在添加菌种的条件下,3 d 降解率可达40%以上。

       

      Abstract: Two strains were selected from the soil and compost to decompose the reformative cellulose films using as cigarette filter materials. The decomposing progress of the film was studied by electron microscope scanning to get the preliminary understanding of the impacts of environmental behaviors on such film degradation so that the technology could be improved in the future to produce some filter material degraded easily, as well as to reduce the film pollution in the soils. In this experiment, the decomposing ratio of both strains could reach more than 40% in three days.
