    Characteristic of Bio-coal Briquette and Its Application in Flue-curing Tobacco

    • 摘要: 烟叶烘烤能源是影响烘烤成本和节能减排的重要因素,生物质型煤是烟叶烘烤的一种新型替代燃料。综述了生物质型煤的加工工艺、燃烧机理和特点,分析了原煤质量、生物质添加量、粘合剂、成型压力等影响因素,探讨了生物质型煤在烟叶烘烤中的良好应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Tobacco flue-curing energy is an important influence factor on the cost of flue-curing, energy-saving and emission-reduction. Bio-coal Briquette is a new alternative fuel. We discussed its processing technology, combustion mechanism and combustion character in this paper, analyzed its influence factor on coal quality, quantity of biomass, adhesives and briquetting pressure, and investigated the prospect of bio-coal briquette in tobacco flue-curing.
