    Tobacco Straw Gasification as an alternative to Coal in Tobacco Curing

    • 摘要: 利用秸秆气化技术,对烟草秸秆及废弃烟梗气化用于烟叶烘烤的效果进行了研究。初步试验结果表明,利用烟草秸秆及废弃烟梗气化供热的烤房,其温控性能、初烤烟叶质量要优于以煤炭为燃料的烤房,且烘烤成本明显降低;烟草秸秆气化烘烤烟叶可节省煤炭化石能源,有利于循环生态烟草农业的发展。

       

      Abstract: The effect of tobacco straw, disposable stalk and dust applied in tobacco curing by straw gasification was studied. The preliminary results showed that the temperature control performance and tobacco quality of the flue-curing barn with tobacco straw gasification technology were superior to the traditional coal flue-curing barn, and the curing cost decreased tremendously. Applying the straw gasification technology to cure tobacco can save coal energy and is beneficial to the development of the ecological tobacco agriculture.
