    甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在烟草及土壤中残留分析方法的研究

    Residue Analysis of Emamectin Benzoate in Tobacco and Soil

    • 摘要: 采用反相高效液相色谱法对烟草及土壤中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐emamectin benzoate 进行残留量分析。样品采用丙酮/水提取,Florisil-SPE 柱净化,紫外检测器(UVD)测定。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在本方法仪器条件下最低检出限为2.0×10-10 g(B1a);1.0×10-9 g(B1b)。样品在烟叶中的平均回收率为94.92%~102.18%,相对标准偏差为2.66%~3.69%;在土壤中的平均回收率为96.76%~99.02%,相对标准偏差为2.23%~4.48%。

       

      Abstract: Residue analysis of emamectin benzoate in tobacco and soil by Reversed-Phase high performance liquid chromatography was assessed. Residues were first extracted with acetone and water, filtrated with Florisil-SPE columns, and then determined with UV detection. Lowest detection limit with this method were 2.0×10-10g(B1a)and 1.0×10-9g(B1b). The average spiked recoveries were 94.92%-102.18% in tobacco leaves, and 96.76%-99.02% in the soil. The precision of the method is acceptable with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.66%-3.69% for tobacco leaves and 2.23%-4.48% for the soil, respectively.
