    聚类分析技术在造纸法再造烟叶原料配方中的应用

    Application of Cluster Analysis in Raw Material Formula of Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco

    • 摘要: 选取生产造纸法再造烟叶所用的24 种再造烟叶原料,同时进行蒸馏萃取/气相色谱/质谱分析,对分析结果采用DPS 软件进行模糊聚类分析。结果显示,24 种原料能明显的分为两类,烟梗和烟碎片能明显的分开,各自聚为一类,并且同一地区的原料,其相似程度越接近。选取上述原料做对比,评吸结果与分析结果基本吻合。

       

      Abstract: 24 raw material samples of paper-making reconstituted tobacco were selected and analyzed by SDE-GC/MS, and the data were classified using cluster analysis by DPS software. The result shows that the samples could be classified as two different categories. Tobacco stem and tobacco scrap belonged to different categories. Samples from same region were more similar. After the smoke panel test, the sensory result was in accord with the analytic result.
